No. The prices displayed at PitchVibe Kits are all-inclusive. We cover all applicable taxes and duties, meaning the price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay—no hidden fees at checkout or delivery.

⚽ Why is there a charge on my card if the order failed?

This is typically a temporary bank authorization hold. If the transaction was unsuccessful, your bank will automatically release the funds within 3 to 10 business days. If the charge persists, please contact our support team immediately.

Most of our kits are in stock and ready for dispatch. However, during major tournaments like the World Cup or European Championship, high-demand styles may sell out. Real-time availability is always updated on each product page.

We highly recommend consulting our detailed size chart before placing your order. Since different brands and editions (Fan vs. Player) may fit differently, measuring your favorite shirt at home and comparing it to our guide is the best method.

⚽ How should I maintain and wash my jersey?

To ensure the longevity of the heat-pressed names and badges, always wash your jersey cold and inside out. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, and never iron directly over the printed areas. Air drying is highly recommended.

We utilize a global network of regional warehouses. Orders within Europe typically arrive in 7-10 business days, while international shipping ranges from 7 to 20 business days depending on your location.

⚽ Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unwashed items with tags still attached. Please note that customized kits (featuring specific player names or numbers) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a clear quality defect.

⚽ Who covers the cost of return shipping?

If the return is due to a change of heart or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), PitchVibe Kits will cover all costs to make it right.
